Rita is now a twelve year old American Staffordshire Terrier, bred by Pamela Perdue. Rita has blessed our house with her patience and love for eight years. Rita's one goal in life was to keep the couch warm, and she does it very well. Now that she is in her prime of life, she gets to do what she wants - within reason. She goes on the best walks, eats the best foods in copious amounts, and she gets told every day how special she is. Dogs never live long enough. We are making sure that we do not waste one moment of Rita's special life.
