Kids Camp

Seminar update!

The American Medical Association found that dog bites are the SECOND cause of injury to children.  A total of 70% of all dog bites are to children.  Of those bites, say the Doggone Safe, a non-profit organization for dog bite prevention, 92% of children are bitten by a dog that they know.

The Naughty Dogge is normally called in to help remedy these situations once they have begun.  It has now become a personal mission to educate children about dogs BEFORE this happens.  Summer Camp was created for this very reason.  In this fun course children will learn how to interact with dogs in a safe and fun manner.  The children will learn how to control dog behaviour, and the dogs will learn that children are little people that they need to listen to.  And all of this will be done in a safe, fun environment where neither of the participants ever realize what they are really learning, all because the true learning will be disguised under tricks.

Children will learn how to teach spin and twist, jumping up, weaving, crawling, backing up, basic scent work, in addition to many other fun things.  The dogs will come home with improved manners, and a much improved relationship with your child.  Your dog will be mentally stimulated after class, which can be as beneficial and tiring as a long hike.  What more could you want from summer camp?
