Dog aggression towards other dogs?
Growl classes at The Naughty Dogge are a safe place for you and your dog to
learn how to be around other dogs. The very first thing that you
and your dog will do is come in and relax. You will massage your dog,
using T-Touch, until your dog is in the correct mental place so that he can
learn. Classes are kept to a maximum of five dogs. The goal
of each class is to complete the full hour without one dog ever aggressing.
Growl 1 is taught in the safe classroom, and Growl 2 takes these classroom
lessons and applies them to the community at large.
Testimonial:
"I was
hoping you would challenge Tess and I and you have exceeded my expectations.
It is so
great to have the input of someone who has such a quick read of dogs!"

How to handle their space being invaded
How to appropriately handle the sounds of dogs
How to get their bums sniffed by another dog
What you will learn

What to do when your dog needs help
Learn to read what he is saying through his body language

Testimonials
from a student:
The first thing that amazed me about Monique was the control she had over
her dogs - and that her dogs looked so happy to be working for her. I've
taken my various dogs to 3 or 4 different respected trainers, and I'd never
seen a dog-human relationship like that Monique has with her dogs. To watch
Hilda (a terrier no less!) strutting along in perfect heel position, eyes
focused on Monique - it was magic.
In the Growl class, we gradually worked on Gusto's ability to accept other
dogs in his comfort zone. I learned how to better read his body language,
and how to help him cope with stressful situations. This was all done
without hurting my dog. Since completing the class, Gusto has attended
doggy day care, he is working off-leash in his agility class, and he is able to
play fetch with other dogs
at the park. These things never would have been possible without Monique's
help. Sheri Cormie, Victoria, BC
